Here’s a good source for several other Alan Moore comic book annotations available online: enjolrasworld.com. I highly recommend Jess Nevins‘ annotations; they’re what inspired me to start doing these.
I’ve written a few other not-quite-annotation blog posts about Alan Moore: a review of In Pictopia!, and an introduction to the comics multi-panel (or polyptych.) Moore has cameos in other blog posts of mine about Mike Mignola and Shang-Chi Master of Kung Fu.
